2024 BaumaLight Brush Mulchers Excavator MX530

Our 500 series fixed tooth brush mulchers for excavators are designed to maintain and clear fence lines on farms and entry level contractor work. The 500 series Baumalight brush mulchers will efficiently mulch heavy brush and small trees and are offered with two different type of teeth. The Planer style teeth the units are shipped with, take small bites and provide the most efficient mulching and cutting. The Ripper style teeth have more of a shredding mulching action, these can be ordered as replacement teeth only. The spiral tooth pattern helps in one tooth at a time for smooth mulching. Their V-shaped design makes them less susceptible to impacts with hard objects like stones, making them the better choice when mulching below grade and in fence lines. This absorbs the impacts from multiple directions. The heavy-duty teeth holders resist bending and helps to work longer. For the brush clearing needs a bent axis piston motor is used to maximize the hydraulic flow and pressure. The heavy-duty frame all steel sheet metal is welded and gusseted in all main areas.
